And Also I hear a rattling noise on the back intake manifold all I did was put new intake manifold gaskets on

It looks familiar but i can't quite recall. By the looks of it two rods with balled ends wedge into the two sockets and are allowed to swivel that way. Maybe part of an intake runner rod hold down.
