96 Millenia which I purchased about a year ago. When purchased right front door was missing light (ripped out just two bare wires)but had all others and they worked. Went to wrecking yard and got a couple parts I needed, one of them was the courtesy light housing, I installed it plugged it into the harness where to two exposed wire where plugged into and replaced both bulbs with new, and now all I have is the dome light that comes on. I tested the socked that the bulb goes into and all the metal contacts have power!? Also another problem I have had but has been since I bought the car ($800), is that the fog lights dont work. The fuses seem to be good, but how do you test a relay. Or it might be the switch itself.
