Rpms jumping and stalling when sitting still just changed the plugs and wires hoping thats what it is and its still doing it '01 mazda millenia 2.5

Have you tried checking if it is a MAF sensor issue? you can try running the car with the maf disconnected to see if it continues to have the same issue
