Hello, My mechanics code reader say i have a miss fire on # 1, looking at the engine from the end with the alt. and water pump, which cyl. is # 1??????

 

If you are standing at the passenger side fender looking at the engine it would be the cylinder closest to you on you left side.
In other words, bank of cylinders to the rear of vehicle and closest to the drive belts.
