Default Miss Fire

My 1999 Mazda Miata with 42,000 miles has been starting and running rough on a sporadic basis. This generally occures after you have dirven the car, killed the engine, and then restarted it again. The engine will run rough after restarting from anywhere form a few seconds up to 10 minutes. The engine will suddely start running fine. The problem occurs about onece per week. Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so, have you found and eliminated the problem?

Thanks for the help.

You have the EGR or cam sensor code?
maybe all you need is just an engine clean.
