Default Millenia steering wheel is locked
My car (1999 Millenia) was involved in a front-end accident. The steering wheel stays up even when I turn the car on and drive. The power button buzzes though both ways. What can I do to make the steering wheel go back down or be normal? Thank you very much.

You will most likely have to replace the steering column assembly. If insurance paid for it file a supplement.
