Default CYL 1 MISFIRE, GENERAL MISFIRE, FUEL TRIM ERROR CODES CHECK ENGINE

I have a 1997 2.5 and i have been having trouble as of late. i got a check engine light, ran the codes, and got a cyl. 1 misfire, and air/fuel mixture code. i replaced a cracked intake hose and cleared the codes and i was alright for about a month or so. check engine light came back, same codes, but also a fuel trim code. i pulled all spark plugs, which were recently changed, and looked at them. the front 3 were clean and looked good, the rear 3 were black and chared, cyls 1,3,5, so i replaced all 6, and cleared the codes, but they have come back, again. any sugestions? PLEASE HELP!!!!

also, what are the 2 sensors on the top of the engine, connected to the vacume system and right next to the spark plug post? this came disconnected on me and i think may be bad.

**UPDATE**

took the car to AutoZone and had then run the codes again, here are the codes that i recieved, in brackets is the detailed information i got from www.autozone.com and there Diagnostic trouble code chart for OBD-2 vehicles:

P1170 -- manufacurer Fuel Air metering (H02S 11 - inversion -- heated oxygen sensor (front) (stuck))
