Default Catalytic Converter

Hello. I have a 1997 S. 3.2L That needs a new rear catalytic converter. Its the one that bolts to the manifold.

Will this part for $45, or even the other onesfit?

I dont know if those bolt onto the manifold? The pics show them on pipes.

Any help would be great!

there are 3 cats. 2 pre cats, which are attached to
each exhaust manifold. these are what you need.
the "rear" cat is the main cat, and it NEVER goes bad.
the right bank pre cat lists for 416 from mazda. all
the aftermarket cats cost more.

in my 99 fsm there is no 0420. there is a 0421, which is right bank.
right bank is KJ02-20-55XA, now 544.91. price has gone up. see:
http://www.tascafordparts.com//index.do
if you want to pay 955, that's YOUR business. i would be glad to
sell you that part for 955. i will even pay shipping

i think you are confused. what you need is a PRE cat. it is part of the exhaust manifold. one on each bank. it is NOT bolted to the manifold, it is part OF.
because of this, very few places will have this aftermarket, because of the exh manifold. if it just bolted to the manifold, everyone would have it.
