99 Millenia

I had replaced the water pump and timinig belt and since then have been overheating and very rough idle. Double checked timing marks changed the thermostat, bipassed the heater core, and flushed the radiator. The car still idles very rough and runs hot. No codes are coming up on my scanner. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
