My girlfriend has a 95 millenia with the 2.5 and for some reason with the key out of the ignition a relay in the engine compartment is clicking and won't stop. the numbers on the relay are smudged. It is a redish orange relay with 4 prongs 5p20 is what i could get off of the part number. With the relay out the vehicle does not start and without hte relay it does not start. When i get there tonight i am gonna try and see if the alternator is working or not. and i am also gonna check the battery. Sorry if this isn't alot of information, my girlfriend just called me with this at work and i am just trying to get as much info on this as possible.

sounds like it could be a relay for the starter. A relay is just a chip basically that instead of having the high gauge wire being run up to the ignition, it allows smaller gauge wire to be run up to the ignitiona nd the heavy gauge wire is connected to the relay. It you want an electronic schematic of the wiring diagrams get a charltons book or look it up online...Sorry I cant be of more help...
