2.0L, 2.5L, or a 2.3L?

How can I tell if my 1997 mazda millenia is a 2.0l, 2.5l, or a 2.3l?

Label on the hood should tell you the size. 2.3L come with a supercharger and 2.5L does not. I don't think these cars had a 2.0L.
