Default runs bad

I have a 92 miata and i just moved up to albuquerque from louisana and sence then the car run bad due to the altitude change how would you fix this pour runing. the car fill like you are always going up hill. it is very slugish has little power. what due you sugest to fix this. I am not use to the highaltitude tunning.

Engine computer will compensate for altitude changes automatically. You should not need to do anything different then you did in Louisiana. Possible timing belt slipped a tooth or exhaust restriction. Run rough or just lack of power?
