So I've been racking my brain looking on all the forums and searching Google. Everything seems to be working with top down but when I put the top up the deck deck does not close all the way. No beeping sounds. The beeps stop as if everything is closed when it's not. It will allow me to drive that way, but I won't. Things I have tried.

1.Closing trunk 100 times

2. Looking to see if wires are connected inside mechanism with gears and checking connection behind drivers seat.

3. Gently Touching the 2 green colored sensors in gear assembly on drivers side.

I'm obviously not a car guy but I know if I take it to dealership they are going to tell me it's a bad motor. It's not because the deck works perfectly when I put the top up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
