Any one know if you could put a 302, 350, or 351 clevland into a miata with room for tranny and all? just wondering if it could be done.

 

there were some pics in the photo gallery of someone that had done something similar, not really sure what size motor, but it can be done, just keep in mind ANY motor swap will require extensive work and modification to the car. chances are the tranny tunnel will not be large enough, not enough firewall clearance, new motor mounts, custom driveshaft, most likely a different hood, and most painfully put completely new wiring harness. before beginning anything of this type, sit down and write out the pros and cons, and most definately consider the amount of time and money involved in this type of transformation.
