i assume that it is a 2003 miata?? i think that the steering wheelsmight bethe same from 99-2003. i am for sure that the wheels are the same from 2002-2003, but the speed or non-speed thing isn't an issue. the center is the same shape for speed and non-speed models. the steering wheel is also the same for the same years of proteges. you can also fit the center cap from a pontiac vibe, toyota matrix, spyder mr2 and a couple of more, it is just that the logos are different.
