Heater problems on 2000 Miata

Greetings. A couple of days ago I noticed my Miata heater would blow cold air while sitting idle, yet blow hot when the car is moving or the accelerator is pressed.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Could be air in the system or coolant level low.
