BT Audio cuts out in cold weather

BT Audio cuts out in cold weather
When it's cold (like below 40), my BT (Bluetooth) Audio starts, then after just a few seconds, re-starts. The colder it is, the more frequently BT Audio cuts out.
It continues to go on/off repeatedly, until maybe 5-10 minutes later it stays on and no further problem. I often listen to an audio book, using BT from my
phone to the BT Audio system of the MX-5, and this is quite aggrivating. No proplem with just radio, just blue tooth.It's not the phone,definitely the Mazda. Help!
