Failed Virginia inspection because airbag lightdoesnot come on at all when you turn the car on. Apparently it's suppose to come on with the other dash lights for several seconds when the car is turned on. Getting to the bulb looks like a difficult job. The 10amp airbag fuse appears fine. I've read lots of posts about flashing airbag lights, but not this ...... any suggestions? Thanks!

 

Sounds like a burnt out blub to me. If there is anything wrong in the circuit the airbag light should stay on or blink..

 

I have a 1993 Red Miata with only 102k on it-great car. My air bag light comes on and then flashes 4 times in a pattern. I believe it's the s sensor. Where is that sensor located and how do I replace and repair problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
