EVAP system incorrect purge flow

EVAP system incorrect purge flow
I have a Mazda 3 2004 2.0L and I keep getting the codes P0441 and P0455 'EVAP system leak detected' and 'EVAP system incorrect purge flow' I have replaced my gas cap, knock sensor and cannister purge valve and still getting the codes. Car also dumps fuel after filling it up to full. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I have a basic knowledge of cars but I don't know a lot about these kinds of issues. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
