Default Winter prep - Never too early for snow chains

Hey Everyone-
Hope you are staying safe and healthy.

We were shopping at the big box store today and saw that Christmas stuff is already on sale. That reminded me that when we sold our 2016 CX9 (to another box store that sells cars) we totally forgot about the very lightly used (2-3 times and for short distance) snow chains we had sitting in our garage.

These are not just any snow chains but the Thule/Konig Self Tensioning Snow Chains (size 265). If you’ve never heard of these all I can say is they are far and away the easiest to install snow chains we’ve every used.*

Normal retail is about $400 per set but I’m entertaining offers to US$175 plus shipping. Please let me know if interested.

Cheers!

*Local TV station actually did an evening news segment showing us installing them on our CX9 at the chain-up spot by the side of the road.

What is your location?

Will the chains fit into a USPS flat rate box for shipping?

Located in Portland, OR. Looks like they’ll fit in box 30x24x3”.
