Does anyone in the group know what the small round button next to the lift button on the lift gate does on a 16 cx 9 signature do?
Doesn't seem to do anything on mine.

It is another request switch. Dont think you can unlock, but you can lock all doors after closing the hatch from this point.

You can unlock the trunk without unlocking the doors through this request switch.

trobs, this is not the trunk release switch. on the cx9 there is another switch off right.

You should never have to unlock the trunk, just be near it with the key fob and use the latch release.
