Smile Power window control from outside (remote)

Hi,

I am new to this forum and also a new owner of a MAZDA CX9 2014.

I also have Honda Accord 2015 as my first car. I am missing auto window down feature in my Mazda. When I long press unlock button after unlocking all window of accord drop down. I am looking for similar feature in CX9. After searching at google I got to know such option is available but seems like my car doesnt have it.

Is there any way to add such option?

After battery disconnect the auto front windows is off. I think you need to reprogram auto windows to get the windows down with the fob active again. Fully open the window and hold on close till fully closed and keep holding for 5 sec. Repeat for each front window

Is it a basic option, or only some cars are having it, because I have checked the manual,and it says "If Equipped". Does it mean only some cars are having this option?

Do you have front auto windows? It should work for auto windows regardless of the key type, Advanced or retractable as far as I know. And btw what do you have? A sport, touring or grand touring model? And what is your key type? Plus do you have AUTO printed on the front windows switches?

Below is my key pic, and yes my windows are having auto. My car is full options as per Saudi specs. Not sure what do you mean by touring.

But for my car, I have LDWS, FOW BSDM etc.

I don't know about specs and options in the middle east. I think you have a different body control module BCM than the ones for the US models.
and regarding trim levels:
sport= standard
Touring = half full
grand touring = full
usa = middle east

I really have no idea. But you will need a bcm from a north American cx-9 to test. And you may need to reprogram lots of things including the key to make it work if it will ever work...
