Default I need help purchasing the correct Valve body for my CX-9

I purchased a used 2012 CX9 grand touring AWD that won’t shift into 4th,5 or 6 gear. (Bought cheap)
After trying to replace the exact solenoid and it did not fit I realized that my vehicle comes with a TF-70 valve body.
I asked AI if TF-70 fits my vehicle it stated it does.
I asked what are compatible valve body options it mentions the AWTF81/AF21 remanufactured from Sunbelt Inc.
I compared the pics of the 2 and there are many differences.
what am I missing here?
why the two different valve bodies. ?
if I get the AWTF1/AF21 will it even work it looks to me like 1 out of the 8 wires from the tranny would not be long enough to make connection.
which would you get if it were you in my shoes and budget is tight?

You should be *contacting the retailer direct and not rely on any forum to help to *choose the Transmission part nor the listings on ebay, amazon ext (bad idea!) for you. many times, the pictures are not exactly what the product is. Also by going directly to the distributor and having there assistance choosing the correct part if it incorrect they must make available return with shipping charges paid by them. At least a "REAL" retailer and not an online only business that is not a true retailer.
Going direct you can also show them your pictures.
Make sure that you have the following:
Year
Year and Month complete date of manufactured. (driver's door jam)
VIN
Model
Size engine
Country of manufactured

This is exactly what we do in the shop and use a local Wholesale Transmission parts warehouse to order parts needed.

idk if this helps but seems like you need the TF70 which is what I’m running in to. Dont know why everything says it should be the TC 80/81. But mine has this Peugeot valve body
