Hi, we have 2015 cx9 luxury, had it for three months and discovered today that the front passenger door, if you jiggle the handle the door will open, even though the door is locked anyone had a similar issue or advise. Was told by Westend Mazda that I had to wait a week to bring it in for services, finally after getting upset I now only have to wait five days for someone to look at it

 

Interior or exterior handle?

 

You can open the car from the outside, in other words anyone can get in the car if they want via the front passenger door

 

Is the LF door the only door that does this? Have you tried another CX-9?

Have the windows been tinted?

 

The LF is the only door that we have the issue and the windows are tinted.

Haven't tried another fx-9
