CX-9 Wheel problems

i have a 2009 CX-9 and have had the car detailed from a professional from the day i purchsed, i have found that the tyre shine they used has stained the wheels, any suggestions please.

Have you tried a mag wheel polish, like Meguier's? Just be gentle - - you don't want to remove any paint.

ive tried a different cleaner for Clear coat wheels but it seems that it has eaten into the wheel itself. thanks

What does your "professional" detailer say? Sounds like he's got some culpability here.

sure i think so as well but they have said that all theie products are safe for all wheels????? i have spoken to mazda but they cannot give me any idea as to why this has happened, cheers Tom
