Default Car play for 2018 CX9 GT
Can I install carplay in our CX9 GT?
is there a cheaper one than the OEM that would work?

Yes you can install AA & Carplay.

I haven't seen anything other than OEM online.

I bought the OEM labeled kit ( USB hub & cables ) from AliExpress. About $100 US.
