Question Brakes not working after flat battery

DA, Perhaps some one can help me with some good advice. I have 2018 CX-9 which I left parked in my office building garage in Chile. After 2 months I came to pick up the car and the battery was dead (the electric handbrake was on). I called assistance to kick start the car, but the brake was jammed. I waited a few days and tried again, had a friend kick start the car. Now I managed to move it but the regular break was not working well. it was very soft and delayed in reacting. I called Mazda, they told me to tow the car to be serviced. The problem is the car if parked in a very low garage, where the tow truck canīt drive in. Could this problem be related to the battery being flat or that the car was not driven for 2 months? Any help is highly appreciated, as I need to use the car asap.

Thanks,
Chris.

Flat battery will have no effect on the foot brake operation. Coincident only.

Surely you can slowly & safely drive the vehicle out of the parking garage to meet the tow-truck?
