Default App message - In-vehicle communication

Bought my cx-9 2 weeks ago. I download the app and I keep getting a safety & security message "in-vehicle communication network malfunction. Have the vehicle inspected by your dealer." the error is not showing on my dashboard at all. I did remove & reinstall app but It still happens every time the car is started. I could turn off notifications, but then I won't get the ones I need about the door not being locked, etc... thoughts?

Default Same issue with our CX-5

We have a '24 CX-5 with the same app behavior. Hundreds of these messages in the app, no errors reported in the vehicle. Someone should fix that, no?

Default Same Issue

I have been dealing with the same issue on my 2023 CX-9 I have tons of notifications but brought it to a dealer and they couldn’t identify anything and I emailed Mazda and they keep saying take it to a dealer! :-( I pray that they would look further into why this is happening and fix it…I’ve already wasted 4 hours trying to have them figure this out with no resolution.
