Hi There. I'm new to this forum, and was wondering if anyone has tried to change the rims and tires on the CX-9 Grand Touring. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! (I'm concerned because of the tire pressure monitors.)

 

I have seen some with aftermarket rims - what's your concern regarding the TPMS?

 

I was concerned that if the after-market rims and tires didn't have the TPMS, it woudl be a problem for the sensor. I have since changed the rims and tires (looks great!) and the place I bought them installed new TMPS in them for me.

 

yeah i just bought 2012 cx-9 grand touring last 1 1/2 months ago and i change the original wheels to 265-35-22

 

they installed a new tmps on it...
