Which CX-70 model & trim line do you own? (There are differences between them.)

I have the same exact model. No issues. You might have to take it back to the dealer.

It is always the best idea to go to the dealer for question and procedure on how to do operation and set-ups on your NEW Mazda. that is part of the purchase service from Mazda and the dealership you choose to purchase the Mazda from. This way if there is a problem you are there, and it will be corrected under the Warranty as well experimenting or doing a set-up wrong could cause other problems.

Forums a great for many answers and help but most of the time the largest responders are owners and not trained and experienced service mechanic's or Automotive technicians. That said if you follow DIY/owners, and you damage something you may not be covered under your Warranty so use caution or just go to the dealer.

The owners manual may be a better place for owners to look first?

It is my experience(based weekly customer coming into the shop asking simple question that can be answered in their owner's manual) that 9 out of 10 owners NEVER completely read their new vehicles owner's manual.
This way they may actually read and know how many common things are correctly done as well many questioned answered.
