We got a silver "Zoom-Zoom" sticker with the survey from Mazda.
Nice 'cause it matches the Platinum color of our CX-7.

We put ours right under the third brake light so it shows when you step on the brakes.

The "was the Dealer good" Survey.
A few weeks after purchase Mazda sent out a survey as to my satisfaction with my "buying experience" at the Dealership.

 

I received the survery as well, a few weeks after my purchase

 

hmm, i never got a survey when i purchased my vehicle. but hey, i got 6 zoom zoom stickers laying around my room anyway, just went up to teh dealership and asked for them!
