Default Throttle Sensor Delete Question??

I broke the plastic tab; the one touching the L3K9189B1 Throttle, Sensor.

Does anyone know if I could delete this sensor?

Default Delete for broken tab reply

From my same experience with the broken tab that gotta the throttle sensor. What I did was mine the sensor/switch down ,by bending the mounting tab with the 2 screw holes, and then mounting it through the forward most screw hole in the mounting tab to the rear most threaded home in the manifold, and then bending the tab so that it lines the plunger of the switch up with the metal part of the arm with the broken plastic tab. So this way the metal part of the arm will push the plunger when you hit the throttle. You will have to play with it to get the alignment just right. I have posted a video on what and how I did this rigging / repair that I posted on YouTube if you search CX-7 imrc repair diagnose code p2006. I think this is the link to one of my videos on this repair/ hack. [

Good luck
