Both tail light are and control panel are out.

Both tail light are and control panel are out.
I have a 2010 mazda cx7 with both tail light out . Also the front panel where the radio and AC control lights are also out even though the radio still works. I need help please. When i open the fuse box , none of the fuse has tail light written on it . Please any help ?
