Default 2011 CX-7 electrical issues

The vinyl on the front passenger side door was starting to come loose so I took my car to an upholsterer recommended by the dealership a few weeks ago.

After the door panel was repaired, the front passenger window quit working. Then the passenger door lock quit working if you try to lock the door using the passenger controls.

Tonight on my way home, the low-beam headlights both quit working. The high-beams still work tho.

I checked the fuses and they're all in good shape. I also find it hard to believe that both headlights would fail simultaneously. I can understand how the door wires could have been pinched shorting out the door controls but can't understand how the headlights could be effected.

Any thoughts?
