Default 2010 CX-7 rear passenger window and door lock

I'm trying to help my sister with her car. The passenger rear door wont lock with the remote or the button on the driver door. The remote wont lock and turn on the alarm unless I manually lock that door. Also the same door windows does not work either. I hear no noise from both the lock actuator or the window motor. I've read that sometimes the window motor needs new gears but i cant hear it. Do you think both the windows motor and the lock actuator are bad at the same time or could it be maybe the driver master switch messed up?

Here is an update. Found the windows switch unpluged. The windows now works. Bought a new lock actuator about 145.00 from dealer. After testing it I found the front passenger lock actuator quit. I took the rear one apart by open the case to get to the motor and tested it and it works. It did not have enough power to turn the gears. So I opened the motor the see the bushing and found it was black. I cleaned it and reinstalled it and its working now.
