09 cx7 Suspension

Need to replace the trailing arm mounts on the rear suspension on the body side. Has anyone else had to do this and can offer some advice. I need to replace them in both sides of the vehicle

The best advise would be to at least look at the Mazda service manual for the proper service steps and procedures before taking any DIY method .
