Default Vibration rattle when accelarating on low revs

When my CX5 2020 model has warmed up and I accelerate, there is a rattle coming from below like the exhaust or somewhere, but I had it checked by a tyre place and they couldn't find anything. Any similar issues on the forum?

Its not about asking in this case members/owners with similar issues. You should either place you Mazda on secure ramps (Rhino Ramps) or go to a service shop and have your Mazda placed on a lift to inspect your exhaust specifically the thermal protection covering that you may have inadvertently bent. Or a securing fastener has come loose or is missing.
Temperature difference in season as well when the engine is cold started to warm up to operating temperatures can affect the different expansion rates of material on any vehicle and can at times cause new rattles and noises to appear.
Since more plastic interior parts were used from the 1990 to present this is a common thing in areas of the world when hot summer temperatures now go into colder winter temperatures.
If your tire "place" could not find it then either the rattle was not happening at the time of inspection, or they didn't look more carefully. The first thing I would have suggested to them was to ask "do you hear that"? If the sound was present, then they should have found the source. it is as simple as that. Most tire shops do not have a lift and that is what is needed to find exhaust noises.

Default Loose fasteners or heat plates along exhaust

Whilst I appreciate your reply and your advice, I do detect a slight sarcasm in your reply. If I'm mistaken, please accept my apologies.
  • It is in fact about asking members about similar cases, because those members can offer their solutions.
  • Also, all the "tyre places" in South Africa have sufficient lifting equipment to lift the car quite high enough to stand underneath and inspect.
I will still wait for more replies from other members and perhaps take it to a service shop as per your advice, thanks.

If you looked I am not a average member. No sarcasm intended . I try to respond as if you were a customer coming into the shop and as such advise accordingly. That's what I do for a living in the service shop I manage.
DIY often do not have depth of service experience and tend to give examples of a something they think resembles their vehicles which often is not even the same make model and year, nor is it likely they have the same miles service record and condition as a member asking service-related questions.

Thank you for the reply. I myself am not clueless about cars, but this one has been a bit of a mystery to me. I have checked everything in the engine compartment that could possibly be the culprit, but it is kinda difficult to crawl under the car to see. It sounds as if it comes from the bottom, below the engine and only when driving and the revs are at certain frequencies. It also sounds like a metal on metal vibration rattle. It is definitely caused by engine vibration and not from the road. So, a securing fastener might be the culprit. Or a thermal protective sheet.....
