Default Suspension conundrum

2017 Mazda CX -5 GS 125000 km , front suspension noise since January 2025, I changed the sway bar links , shock/strut mount. I have an extended warranty that covers suspension parts (not shocks) , I noticed while replacing the shocks the right CV boot is leaking . I went into the dealer ( second time for same noise) and the tech test drove the car with me and also did an inspection and thinks the sway bar links are faulty but noise never went away from when I changed the links so it can't be... the visual inspection was clean , no cracks in the bushings for the ball joints , sway bar bushings were fine . everything was solid under but still the noise persists .. They will change the links and CV joint if this fixes the plm but I highly doubt it ??? frustrated

It helps to give the basic information about your Mazda when asking for service help?

Your description is lacking what the noise description you hear of feel is and when it occurs?

There are a few things that you did not mention checked.

The Bracks, Bushings in the dampeners and you said you changed the end links on the sway bars but their are all the chassis bushing that hold the bars.

There are more suggestions but that will come after you fill in more complete information about the noise or feeling concern.
I am also not sure why Mazda could not find the issue. My guess is that it was not from an experienced mechanic or the time was not taken to place your Mazda on a .standard and then drop hoist/rack

bushing were checked , no cracks , no signs of damage , the mechanic is 37 years of service !!
describing a mechanical suspension noise is full of words that don't mean much unless you hear it for yourself

If he has 37 year experience () he should have found the noise and the part(s) causing the issue. Plain and simple!

If I had any of my 3 Automotive certified Techs or the only 2 (trained and having certificates of accomplishments) auto mechanics in the shop I manage come to me and tell me what you claimed the 37 year experienced person stated to you, I don't think they would be employed in our a shop any longer.
Noises caused from the chassis, suspension, braking and engine and transmission securing parts are some of the easiest to locate and or find through a very systematic serious of steps via process of elimination. Because your 37 year experience person apparently failed to want or did not choose to lift your vehcle tells me not so experienced. Also some noises require 2 trained ears to at least narrow down the ,location then using such equipment as small bar or even a diagnostic ear will also help find the noise in 1 hour or less.

The bottom line is you are hoping that every problem idea be respond to you or that there is a common event that can be added to the guessing games of answer the member question... "I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT CANT BE FOUND OR SOLVED" !

You are just not giving enough information on even the approximate and semi verified location even from the so called 35 years experienced person the location of the noise is coming from?

Then you noise should have been located?

I also mentioned that there were several things either you failed to mention checked or were not checked?
