Hey guys, I got the letter at my house about 3 weeks after getting the mazda cx-5. It says there's 4 months of free SiriusXM. Too bad 3 weeks had already passed. Now today I log into the webpage and use the ESN provided on the 4 month paperwork. Everything looked good on the computer. back in the car, no go, same 1 info station only. Anybody have this problem. Ill check with them on the phone. Just checking here on a Saturday Evening.

 

You need to do a refresh on your car's XM. Log into your account again on the computer and look for the refresh link.
