Default Safe mode & multiple warnings CX 5 , 2016 - 2.2 Diesel 129 kW

Hi guys,

I recently bought a 2016 2.2 CX5 diesel and had the turbo serviced. I havent driven it before thats how i bought it the seller was transparent and lowered the price for it. The car has 240.000 km on the clock and drives nice, automatic gear box works fine and smoothed. The turbine got done and it started having trouble cranking up and starting, sometimes after crankcing 4 times and then barley turning on. At first I checked the battery which by all tests seems fine (cheap testing kit from the store).

After my first trip outside of town, on a downhill decent at speeds of maybe 40/50 kmh the car turned on multiple errors (handbrake, slip control, tyre pressure, curies control) on the right screen it shows SBS and SCBS faults. The car downshifts and the transmission does not let me shift up nor down. As I am breaking to come to a full stop at that point the car seems to break on its own just a firm hard stop. I turn it off and on again (just like IT support suggest lol) and I can continue to drive. This was fine as it happend 2 times and I thought maybe one sensor just freaked out. It started happening on my 1000km journey on the highway like 10x in about 2 hours of driving, on a straigh at around 140-150 kmh which was really trippy as I had to use the emergency lane to stop and turn off/on. It appears that this only happens when breaking downhill or when breaking (or engine breaking) at high speeds.

Diagnostics tool reported a MAF issues, that got checked and is working. Mechanic found a possbile vacuum leak on the intake manifold which he fixed but the issues persists.
Any ideas or suggestions for what to look for?
