Default Engine Oil

I just had my first oil change completed. I have a Skyactive 2.5T. The garage highly suggested 0/20W although the oil cap said SAE 5W-30 They "double checked" my manual and said it stated 0/20W. Upon reviewing my manual after the fact, it states 0/20W for non-turbo (2.0/2.5). It states SAE 5W-30 for 2.5T. Should I be concerned? Thanks!

I would use 0W-30 for the 2.5T; if your engine has 0W-20 in it, there is very little chance of any damage, but I would have it replaced with an xW-30 relatively soon. FWIW, 0W-30 is a superset of 5W-30 in that it flows better at all temperatures below 100°F for cold start engine protection, and still maintains good boundary layer coverage and viscosity at high temperatures.
