Hi all,

.... about to install (third party) reverse camera to my 2020 CX5 as I had none, but bit confused to which wire (color) to
splice in (assuming that I want to splice in to reverse light). Any help before me cutting and creating mess would be highly appreciated

Ok, I have dismantled plastic trims on hatch more and reached connector No 0918-305 from diagram and connected there according the diagram itself
Black - negative, Braon + positive.

All good.


BE AWARE.. wire color coding is not same on older models -pre KF . (you would go for white/black and yellow/black for ground then)

Strange that there is no factory reverse camera.

Every single CX-5 sold new in New Zealand and Australia since 2012 has had a reverse camera from factory.

in Europe, any Prime Line model is without one....
