Though I have no idea why you wouldn't want to protect the hump carpet.
Just do a simple Internet search for rear floor mats for "insert your year here" Mazda XC-5 and you'll find literally hundreds of them.

Direct link to WT CX-5 mats with no rear center section. Curious as to why you wouldn't want the one piece rear mat as if you have a person in the center you won't have any protection on the carpet on the hump
