PY01 10 100 cylinder head

I have a 2013 2.5l gas skyactiv. Need a new cylinder head the part no. Is above but does anyone know if I can use Part no. PY01 10 100a Instead.thanks

the "a" on the end is simply a supersession. Yes you can use it.
