My 2015 only seems to connect through the phone-and then inconsistently. I have read the manual, what am I missing to connect through the head unit?

On my unit it has it listed across the top of screen in the audio menu - FM/AM, Sirius, Bluetooth, Pandora, CD & AUX. You have to use the arrow on the top right to see CD and AUX.
