Plus, its a pain in the butt as when you get into the car after using it, the car shuts off and you have to start it again. Kind of defeats the purpose....

Dude look its people like you that don't understand economics! First you seem not to be in the automotive industry in any capacity or if you were ever into selling parts you would know that the big beetch so many had 10+plus years ago is when the vehcle was out of warranty as it is today when the wheel sensor went bad it was vey expensive to have a single one replaced. So no many auto manufacture not just Mazda (do your homework) don't offer that type of system anymore!
*** for remote start feature again do your homework... so many states and other countries DO NOT ALLOW remote start on vehicles. So it is more cost effective for auto manufacture to either not offer it or offer it as an add on feature. There are disclaimers for remote start system even in the aftermarket. And many shops that install them the customer must sign a disclaimer.

I am not encouraging anything and the reality is some misinformed and did not pay attention in economics class or ever own a business that manufactures and supplies parts seem to understand much about why auto manufactures do what they do from year to year. geeeeez!

dude member of many forums are really more or less a PIA because your world of reality does not conform to your beliefs and you never seem to research the whys only assume things! . LOL

Bottom line is you choose to buy a Mazda. Hopefully when you were looking you looked at all the features it has and not had . Then you choo0se to buy the Mazda . Now because you feel inconvenienced by your chosen that Mazda you think it is a conspiracy of cutting corners? rolmao!

auh ok then. I bet you have never read in all English the complete owners manual of your Mazda BEFORE you started to drive it on a daily basis?

You have to seriously wonder when a person goes out of their way to join a form just to post their first post so negatively about Mazda and thier Mada?? did none of you others catch that?
