No dc 12VOLTS output from cigar outlets

No dc 12VOLTS output from cigar outlets

i have checked all outlet fuses, all are normal. USB and rear outlet normal. What is the possible cause and next step. My cx5 is a 2016.5 model.

Check your fuses.

Did you turn the key on?
