How do you find the range (distance to empty). The owners manual tells me to hit the info button on the steering wheel and it will scroll to range. When I scroll I only get Compass (and temperature gauge), trip A, trip B, average mpg, and the distance adjustment for the adaptive cruise control. What am I doing wrong?

 

If you have a 2021, it should be on the instrument cluster. On the right of the speedometer there is a curved liner scale which has some numbers on it including distance to empty (note this is from memory)..Also, check the owner's manual.

 

I think I got it. I believe it is combined with the compass screen. I will have to go drive it a little to see if I am correct. Thank you for the help.

On CX5 models with the electronic center dashboard screen, you can select more than one view by pushing and holding the dashboard light control ****. One setting uses small graphic presentations while the other view uses numerical results. In both cases the views show you avg fuel economy and instant fuel mileage and outside temp on the left and miles to empty and vehicle mileage on the right. The numerical view also shows your compass heading on the right. There is a 3rd view which only shows you the outside temp on the left and vehicle mileage on the right for those that like less clutter on there dash.
