So, I updated my MZD Connect system while the SD card was inserted. Once the update was done, the system indicates that the SD card in invalid and Navigation no longer works

Is there any way to restore the SD card to working condition?

Do you have a backup? When I update my SD card it asks if I want to make a backup before proceeding. If you have this file I suspect you can restore your card.

 

Unfortunately I don't have a back up of the SD card. I have tried to connect the SD card via Mazda tool kit but it's not detected.

The SD card is readable on the computer and i can view the contents of the SD card so it is not damaged or corrupted.

Is there an image I can get online and copy/write to the SD card to make it readable again?

 

If the card is illegal, that **** could happened, - and you learned a lesson.
If the card is legal, (of course it is) go to MAZDA dealer for free replacement.

 

I don't have an answer to that one.
