Does anyone know what a fair price to have the key programmed is?

- Dealer will only program if I buy the whole key from them. Total with key and programming at dealer they are quoting me $349.99
- I have been told that some locksmiths have the ability to re-program key fobs and I was wondering what a fair price would be? 40? 80?
